Ayushcare+ ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our AI wellness assistant mobile application and website (www.ayushcareplus.com). Ayushcare+ is a software product — we do not provide medical or healthcare services.

2. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide:

  • Phone number and password (for authentication)
  • Name and age
  • Health data: blood pressure, blood sugar readings, weight
  • Medications and dosage schedules
  • Meal and water intake logs
  • Food photos (for AI analysis)
  • Disease conditions and symptoms

b) Information collected automatically:

  • Device type and operating system
  • App usage patterns
  • Push notification tokens (FCM)

c) Payment information:

  • Payment method details are processed by RBI-compliant payment gateways (Cashfree) and NOT stored on our servers
  • We only store subscription status and billing dates

  • To provide and personalise the Ayushcare+ service
  • To make daily AI voice calls with health check-ins
  • To send medicine reminders and health alerts
  • To generate personalised health insights
  • To process subscription payments
  • To improve our AI models and service quality

4. Data Storage & Security

  • All data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security
  • Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
  • Authentication uses industry-standard JWT tokens
  • We do not store payment card details — Cashfree handles all payment data
  • Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:

  • Your assigned doctor — if you are connected to a doctor via Ayushcare+, they can view your health logs and care plan
  • Payment gateway (Cashfree) — for payment processing only
  • Google (Gemini AI) — voice call transcription and health analysis (no personally identifiable information is shared with AI model)
  • Law enforcement — only when required by Indian law

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Export your health data
  • Opt out of AI voice calls
  • Withdraw consent at any time

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

Ayushcare+ is not intended for children under 18. Accounts for minors must be created by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental consent.

9. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses essential cookies for session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
