Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Ayushcare+ offers the following subscription plans:

  • Maya Plus — ₹249/month or ₹2,499/year
  • Maya Pro — ₹499/month or ₹4,999/year

Subscriptions are purchased as one-time payments for a fixed duration (monthly or yearly) via Cashfree payment gateway.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • The Ayushcare+ app — Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription
  • The website — www.ayushcareplus.com/subscribe → Cancel subscription
  • Email — Send a cancellation request to ayushshrivastavayt@gmail.com

3. What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • You will continue to have full access to all features until the billing period ends
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to a free tier (no AI voice calls)

4. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions:

  • Refund requests made within 48 hours of the initial subscription or renewal charge are eligible for a full refund
  • Refund requests after 48 hours are not eligible, but you may cancel to prevent future charges

Yearly subscriptions:

  • Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial subscription or renewal are eligible for a full refund
  • After 7 days, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion based on unused months

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at ayushshrivastavayt@gmail.com with:

  • Your registered phone number
  • Cashfree order ID or payment ID (if available)
  • Reason for refund

We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, you can retry by selecting a plan again
  • If all retries fail, your subscription will be paused
  • You can reactivate by updating your payment method or subscribing again
  • No charges are made for failed payment attempts

7. No Refund Scenarios

  • Partial month/year usage (unless within the refund window above)
  • Dissatisfaction with AI accuracy (we continuously improve, but AI is not perfect)
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension
  • Change of mind after the refund window
