Welcome to Ayushcare+ ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ayushcare+ mobile application and website located at www.ayushcareplus.com (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Description

Ayushcare+ is an AI-powered wellness assistant application that provides:

  • Automated daily voice calls via Maya AI for wellness check-ins and reminders
  • Medicine schedule reminders and adherence tracking
  • Blood pressure and blood sugar logging
  • Meal and water intake tracking
  • AI-powered food photo analysis
  • Personalised wellness insights and daily summaries

Disclaimer: Ayushcare+ is a wellness software product. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. A parent or guardian may create an account on behalf of a minor family member (the "loved one") for health tracking purposes.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscription & Payments

  • Ayushcare+ offers subscription plans (Maya Plus, Maya Pro) billed monthly or yearly for access to AI assistant features.
  • Payments are processed securely via RBI-compliant payment gateway (Cashfree).
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • This is a software subscription for AI assistant access — not payment for healthcare services.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account with unauthorized third parties
  • Upload harmful or inappropriate content

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and AI models within Ayushcare+ are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayushcare+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
